Emergency Fundraising Raffle for Hurricane Animal Rescue
The raffle has ended, not as large a reponse as we had hoped, but the Open Studio sales will do well for our beneficiaries. Thanks so much to all of you for participating! Lori Kim Polk Noah's Wish Board Chair Noah's Wish Fundraising Committee www.noahswish.org We held a very successful raffle of a painting at the New England Dressage Assn Fall show, with all funds going to Noah's Wish disaster rescue for animals and the Humane Society of the US, earmarked for disaster relief for the animals. People were wonderful and delighted to participate in the best spirit of generosity and sportsmanship. NEWS FLASH: The NEDA board of directors has voted to match the amount raised by the raffle and send the funds to the same recipients. Three huge cheers for the NEDA boardmembers!
